ROLLED DUMPLINGS IN A SOUP

In Eastern part of Slovenia called Styria traditional dish "štruklji" or rolled dumplings are prepared in a different way. They cut the hole roll into portions and cook them directly in salted boiling water. They serve them like a soup.

They are a well known dish in every part of Slovenia, especially in Dolenjska Region, which is in the Southern part of Slovenia around Sava, Krka and Kolpa rivers.
